To participate, a clinician must first complete an assessment of your child’s overall mental health before the class begins. ASOH will then establish a mental health baseline during the second individual session and create a treatment plan that includes the class.

“Stop the Chaos” is designed to help participants recognize where disorganization and stress are showing up in their lives — and learn effective ways to restore clarity, calm, and balance. Together, you’ll work on building habits that make daily life feel more manageable and meaningful.
Topics Include:
- Disorganization: Understand how lack of structure can create feelings of chaos.
- Controlling Chaos: Learn to reduce distractions, stay organized, and retain control despite external pressures.
- Juggling Multiple Roles: Discover strategies to balance personal and professional responsibilities more effectively.
- Time Pressure: Recognize the impact of poor time management and develop healthier approaches to managing your time.
Class Overview:
- Weekly homework assignments to apply new skills outside of class.
- Practical exercises to improve organization, time management, and stress control.
- Private review of progress with a clinician, with feedback tailored to your goals.
